FALL FESTIVAL IS SUNDAY, OCTOBER 16! It will be a great family fun day, with food, games booths, music and entertainment. All families are expected to sell raffle tickets, and there are prize incentives to reward students who sell their raffle tickets:
- Every student who sells the required 40 tickets earns a FREE DRESS DAY.
- Every student who sells $20 OVER the required 40 tickets BY THIS FRIDAY, OCT 14 gets his/her name entered ONCE into the drawing for a new Ipod Nano (multi-touch & clip). That means…if a student sells 60 extra tickets, their name goes into the drawing 3 TIMES! Note: tickets turned in at the Fall Festival do not qualify for the IPod drawing.
- The drawing for the IPod will be done at school on Monday, Oct 17.
As a reminder, every OLA family is required to:
- work 4 hours in some capacity
- sell raffle tickets
- turn in baked goods for the Bake Goods Booth. Baked goods are to be dropped off this Saturday, Oct. 15 to the second grade classroom.
We want to see every family there on Sunday! Don’t miss our awesome entertainment!
ATTENTION ALL BAKERS! This year OLA will have a baked goods contest at Fall Festival. In addition to your required baked goods, please consider adding an additional SPECIAL cake or treat to be judged. This year we will be awarding ribbons to our winning bakers, to be announced at fall festival. Please attach your name, child’s grade and phone number on your cake entry. Winning cakes, cupcakes will be auctioned at festival!
