Faith Corner: A Prayer for Catholic Schools Week
Thank you, Father, for the blessing of our Catholic Schools. Help us to grow in Faith, Hope, and Love as we are taught about You, Your Church and our own salvation.
Thank you, Jesus, for the blessing of all the parishes, priests, and Catholic School supporters that make our school possible. We are grateful for the long tradition of committed Catholics, especially the women religious, who began our schools and preserved them through the years, and also for those who work for its future. Help us to follow their example of Service and Generosity when it is our turn to preserve the Faith.
Thank you, Holy Spirit, for the blessing of our parents, principal, and teachers. We are grateful for the grace and wisdom You give them as they teach and guide us. Help us to grow in our understanding of the world around us and grant us the strength to make the right choices when the world challenges what is right and holy.
In & Out is on for Friday! Here are a few guidelines about the day. Tickets will not be going home with the students. The teacher will hand them out prior to lunch. The older child will have the tickets for the parents /guest along with their tickets.
Lunch will start at 11:30 am. Bring a blanket or chair if you choose to eat on the grass. No lunches will be sold on Friday.
All orders need to be in by Wednesday, January 29th.
We are looking for a couple of parents to come to volunteer to help set-up and control lines. We will need you by 11 am. This is another great opportunity to earn parent hours. Please give Gina a call if you can volunteer to help. Thank you.
OLA Front Gate: Please remember to make sure the gate closes behind you. If you are entering or exiting the gate is to be closed at all times. Thank you for keeping us safe.

Protecting God’s children is the initial VIRTUS training session required for adults who come into contact with children in their ministries. The program covers the requirements for an effective prevention program. The training is good for four years. We ask that all school volunteers take the training. For questions, call Dea Boehme at (805) 390-1260. It is also recommended that parent volunteers be Livescanned for the school.
